Exchange and Return Information
🔄 EXCHANGE AND RETURN INFORMATION
Customer satisfaction is very important to us! You can easily make exchanges or returns for your purchases from SUMRA under the conditions stated below.
📦 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Return)
In accordance with the Distance Selling Agreement , you have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery .
Return Conditions:
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
The product must be sent with its original packaging, labels and all accessories .
Products sent via cargo without creating a return request will not be accepted.
Return Process:
You must submit your return request by sending an e-mail to info@sumra.com.tr or via our WhatsApp line.
Once your request is approved, you will be sent return shipping information.
After the product reaches us, it is checked and if the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days using the method you used to make payment.
Return Shipping Fee:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
♻️ CHANGE
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You can submit your exchange request within 14 days of the order date .
Non-Exchangeable Products:
Personalized, handmade, custom-made products (e.g., custom-sized bracelets, name-written jewelry) are not subject to exchange or return.
Used, damaged or unfit for resale products for hygiene reasons will not be accepted.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
It is mandatory that you submit a request to us before any return or exchange.
For returns/exchanges, please do not forget to include your order number along with the product.
In case of damage that may occur in cargo, you must have a report drawn up by the cargo officer when receiving the product.
