Membership Agreement
👤 MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This agreement has been concluded between the internet user who is a member of the www.sumra.com.tr website (hereinafter referred to as the "MEMBER") and SUMRA (Sümeyra Mintaç Alpoğlu), the owner and operator of the site.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions for the member of the SUMRA website to benefit from the services on the site and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
3. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES
3.1 MEMBER'S Obligations:
MEMBER accepts that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
MEMBER is responsible for all transactions made with membership information.
MEMBER cannot abuse the site services or violate the rights of third parties.
3.2 SELLER's Authorizations:
SUMRA has the right to cancel or suspend membership without giving any reason.
Services may be temporarily stopped during maintenance and updates to the system.
MEMBER information is protected within the scope of the Privacy Policy and KVKK.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY
MEMBER is obliged to keep the password he/she uses to access the site confidential.
SUMRA is not responsible for any damages that may arise if the password is shared with unauthorized persons.
MEMBER is responsible for the security of his/her membership account.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, designs, texts and contents of www.sumra.com.tr belong to SUMRA.
It cannot be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
6. CONTRACT CHANGE
SUMRA reserves the right to make changes to this membership agreement at any time.
The current agreement is valid from the moment it is published on the website.
7. TERMINATION
MEMBER may cancel his/her membership at any time.
SUMRA may unilaterally terminate membership in case of MEMBER's violation of this agreement.
8. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
Ordu Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from this contract.
9. ENFORCEMENT
When registering for membership, the MEMBER declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles of this agreement.
This agreement shall enter into force upon the MEMBER's online approval.
