Membership Agreement

This agreement has been concluded between the internet user who becomes a member of the www.sumra.com.tr website ("MEMBER") and SUMRA (Sümeyra Mintaç Alpoğlu), the owner and operator of the site.

Member:
The natural or legal person who becomes a member of the www.sumra.com.tr website. The Member is responsible for the information provided during registration.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions regarding the Member's use of the services on the SUMRA website and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1 Member's Obligations:

The Member accepts that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The Member is responsible for all actions performed using their membership information. The Member cannot misuse the site services and cannot violate the rights of third parties.

3.2 Seller's Authorities:

SUMRA reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership without providing any reason. It may temporarily suspend services during maintenance and updates to the system. Member information is protected within the scope of the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

4. Membership and Security

The Member is obligated to keep the password used to access the site confidential. SUMRA is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of the password with unauthorized persons. The Member is responsible for the security of their membership account.

5. Intellectual Property

All visuals, designs, texts, and content belonging to the www.sumra.com.tr site are the property of SUMRA. They cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

SUMRA reserves the right to make changes to this membership agreement at any time. The current agreement becomes effective as of the moment it is published on the website.

7. Termination

The Member may cancel their membership at any time. SUMRA may unilaterally terminate the membership in the event of the Member's behavior contrary to this agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Ordu Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from this agreement.

9. Enforcement

The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all articles of this agreement while creating a membership registration. This agreement enters into force upon the Member's approval in the online environment.
