📄 DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This contract has been established between the buyer (consumer) and the seller, whose information is given below, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation for sales made electronically.

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are specified, which the BUYER orders electronically for the purchase of the SELLER's products via www.sumra.com.tr .

5. DELIVERY AND COSTS
Product(s) will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of order.
All products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via a contracted cargo company.
Shipping costs are covered by the BUYER and are not the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise stated.
If the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the responsibility for delivery rests entirely with the BUYER.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal , prior written notification to info@sumra.com.tr and approval must be obtained.
The products to be used for withdrawal must be unused, in resalable condition, in their original packaging and complete.
In case of withdrawal, the return shipping cost of the product will be covered by the BUYER.

7. PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Products that are specifically produced in line with the consumer's wishes or clearly tailored to personal needs (for example, products with personalized measurements, inscriptions, or names)
Hygienic products that cannot be returned after use
Products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be resold
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
BUYER declares that he/she has read and accepted this agreement electronically.
SELLER undertakes to fulfill relevant legal obligations in case the product is defective.
In disputes arising from the contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, according to the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
9. ENFORCEMENT
This contract becomes valid after it is read and accepted electronically by the BUYER and enters into force upon completion of the order.
