This agreement has been established between the buyer (consumer) whose details are provided below and the seller for sales conducted in an electronic environment, within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Buyer Information
Full Name / Title, delivery address, phone, and e-mail information are automatically collected during the ordering process.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are stated, for which the Buyer has placed an order in an electronic environment to purchase the Seller's products via www.sumra.com.tr.
4. Product Information
The product(s), sales price including VAT, payment method, delivery address, and courier company information are specified in the order summary.
5. Delivery and Expenses
The product(s) will be delivered to the courier within 3 business days at the latest from the order date. All products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via the contracted courier company. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer and are not the Seller's responsibility unless otherwise stated. In the event that the Buyer is not at their address at the time of delivery, the responsibility for delivery belongs entirely to the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, prior written notification must be sent to info@sumra.com.tr and approval must be obtained. Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be unused, in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, and complete. In the event of withdrawal, the return shipping cost of the product is covered by the Buyer.

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: products specially produced in line with the consumer's requests or clearly made suitable for personal needs (e.g., custom-sized, personalized, or named products); hygienic products that cannot be returned after use; products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not in a resalable condition.
8. General Provisions
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in an electronic environment. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the relevant legal obligations if the product is defective. In disputes arising from the contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized according to the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
9. Enforcement
This agreement becomes valid after being read and accepted by the Buyer in an electronic environment and enters into force upon the completion of the order.
The Buyer declares that they have read this agreement, that the necessary information was provided prior to the order, and that they accept all conditions.
