🛍️ RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is SUMRA's top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.


📅 Return Period and Conditions

You have the right to return the products you have received within 14 days .

Before making a return, you must create a return request by emailing us at info@sumra.com.tr or by calling our WhatsApp line (0850 305 01 63). Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete.


Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for the following products:

Personalized or custom-made products (jewelry with names, special size requests, etc.)

Used , worn or damaged products

Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. earrings)


🚚 Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipment reaches us undamaged. Therefore, it is recommended that you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.


💳 Refund Process

Once the product has been received and checked by us, and if it complies with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded within 14 business days according to the payment method you used.

Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

For returns of orders placed with the cash on delivery option, only the product price will be refunded; payment service fee or shipping cost will not be refunded.


🔁 Product Change

Product exchanges are not possible. If you wish, you can return the product and place a new order.
